Direct hands-on technical oversight by AR from architecture design to complete system deployment. Project investment size: $20,000 USD.

My primary purpose as an architect is centered on two technological pillars: elevating Business Systems to eliminate legacy clutter and build high-security digital infrastructure through Arqify, and elevating Personal Life Systems through Yawmik — empowering individuals to organize their thoughts, reflection, and life management into one cohesive system.

Client & Project Context

Municipal Environmental Park & Educational Center Initiative (Client identity protected under NDA). Engineered for real-time waste tracking, visitor center touch-kiosks, and regional student sustainability programs.

The Challenge

Traditional environmental education and municipal waste reporting relied on static posters and pamphlets. Educational visitor centers lacked interactive digital tools for student groups and municipal delegations to visualize complex waste lifecycles, recycling throughputs, and real-time plant operations.

  • Lack of real-time interactive software to visualize complex municipal recycling operations for educational center visitors
  • Difficulty presenting heavy industrial data (annual tonnage, RDF conversion, landfill diversion) in engaging formats for student groups
  • Absence of dynamic GIS spatial mapping connecting municipal collection routes to regional processing plants
  • Need for a robust touchscreen kiosk application capable of running 24/7 in public educational centers without maintenance downtime

The Solution

Designed and deployed an interactive environmental educational application featuring GIS spatial facility mapping, live plant camera feeds, municipal waste telemetry, and circular economy process flowcharts.

  • Interactive GIS Satellite Facility Map: Built satellite map view with interactive spatial hotspots detailing processing facilities, solar plants, sorting stations, and compost zones
  • Real-Time Waste Telemetry & Video Feeds: Integrated live camera streams of sorting lines and weighbridges alongside dynamic tonnage counters and truck arrival statistics
  • Municipal Sustainability Dashboards: Built regional waste dashboards tracking annual tonnage (394k+ tons/year), per-capita metrics (2.73 kg/person daily), and 55%+ landfill diversion rates
  • Circular Economy Process Flowcharts: Engineered interactive visual flows tracking waste stream stages across RDF energy conversion (516k+ tons), compost (151k+ tons), and green waste processing (113k+ tons)
  • Touch-Kiosk Public Educational Application: Developed responsive large-format kiosk UI optimized for touch interaction by students and municipal delegations

My Role

As Lead System Architect, led total application design, GIS spatial mapping engine, data telemetry widgets, and touchscreen kiosk optimization.

  • Architected touchscreen kiosk application framework and data schemas
  • Engineered interactive GIS spatial overlay engine and facility hotspot navigation
  • Built municipal waste data visualization widgets (tonnage, diversion rates, per-capita metrics, 1,023 daily collection routes)
  • Optimized high-resolution image asset rendering and video streaming for 24/7 public kiosk displays

The Result

Successfully deployed touchscreen software adopted across regional environmental educational centers and municipal sustainability programs.

  • Deployed at regional environmental park educational centers, serving thousands of visiting students and municipal delegations
  • Unified complex municipal waste data into intuitive, touch-friendly interactive dashboards
  • Transformed static educational tours into an immersive, data-driven sustainability experience
  • Established a durable digital asset used daily for public environmental education

Client Value

Modernized environmental education by delivering a government-grade interactive kiosk application for regional visitor centers, schools, and international sustainability delegations.
