Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and business materials needed to complete the work.
Payments
Prices shown as starting points are not fixed quotes. Final pricing depends on project scope. Deposits, milestones, refunds, and payment terms are defined in the project agreement, invoice, and Refund Policy.
Project Changes
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time or cost. Arqify will communicate meaningful changes before continuing.
Ownership
After full payment, approved final deliverables created specifically for your project belong to you, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Arqify may retain rights to reusable systems, internal tools, methods, templates, and pre-existing materials.
Third-Party Tools
Some projects may use third-party platforms, plugins, hosting, APIs, payment processors, or software. Their separate terms, fees, and limitations may apply.
No Guaranteed Results
Arqify works to improve clarity, trust, usability, and systems. We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, traffic, or specific business outcomes.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Arqify services to create harmful, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or security-compromising systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arqify is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
Updates
These terms may be updated as services evolve. Continued use of Arqify after updates means you accept the current terms.
